I recreated a kmail/akonadi configuration from scratch. With a local repository
containing ~10k mails, akonadi_maildir_resource eats a CPU permanently.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Start akonadi.
Actual Results:
akonadi_maildir_resource eats a CPU.
Expected Results:
akonadi_maildir_resource eats almost no CPU.
