When I'm reading some message and press "V" to view the raw contents, the
"Close" button is focused by default, and even if I use Alt+R to focus the "Raw
Source" tab, I still cannot use PgUp/PgDown or the arrow keys to scroll through
the raw message contents. It is only after I click the message box that I'm
able to do that.
