Scenario: 1. Activated VPN connection that restricted SMTP. 2. Tried to send a mail which got stuck in the outbox. 3. Disabled VPN. 4. Sent a couple of mails only to notice that they were still in the outbox. "Send mail from the queue", restarting Kontact and/or akonadi, restarting KDE didn't help.
