I have vCard Addressbook. There is only one account with name in cyrillic.
When I click on email address in contact a kmail composer window raise and TO
field looks like this "???? ?????????" <[email protected]>

1. Create addressbook and account with name in cyrillic Тест Кириллица
2. Set up some email field for example [email protected]
3. Click on email field in contacts
Actual Results:
Kmail composer window with "???? ?????????" <[email protected]>
Expected Results:
Kmail composer window with "Тест Кириллица" <[email protected]>
