in kmail 2 the encoding of the tooltip by hover over a mail is wrong. symbols
like 'ö', 'ä', 'ü', 'ß' will displayd just as '?'
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
hover with the mouse over a email
Actual Results:
the tooltip pop up with some charakters displayd as "?"
Expected Results:
they should be displayd how they are in the email itself
