I run kde in danish, and before I had a "indbakke" replacing "inbox", an
"udbakke" replacing "outbox" and so on. But with kmail2 I have both folders, so
I have undesired "inbox", "outbox", "sent mail", "templates" and "drafts"
folders. For some reason, the trash folder have no danish equivalent.
Reproducible: Didn't try

run kmail2

just one of each folder, danish named
