I have a migrated addressbook at /home/username/.kde4/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf.
The contact of it are visible in kaddressbook. Yet if I pick "add new user
group" from the toolbar the "add to" menu does not list the addressbook.
Adding new contact groups to a newly created addressbook resource works.
