I deleted an address book (in kaddressbook) and created a new one. The
addresses in the new address book never show up in the completion list.
Settings - Configure Kmail - composer - "configure completion order" shows that
the new one is missing and the old one is still showing up. Restarting Kontact
doesn't help.
