Please add holidays for Taiwan (Republic of China).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_holidays_in_the_Republic_of_China has a
list of the holidays, including English and Chinese.
The only difficulty I can see is that some holidays are based on the lunar
calendar, and some are based on the gregorian calendar.
