akonadi google contact resource entree cannot be removed from kaddressbook even
after the resource is removed from akonadi
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1)add akonadi google contact resource
2) open kaddressbook you will be able to see the entry
3)remove the akonadi google contacts resource from akonadi then stop restart
4)open kaddressbook , you will see the old akonadi google contacts resource
entry
5)try deleting it , it will not go away
