Filters are correctly applied when KMail2 is running, but if KMail2 is closed
and Akonadi fetches more mail then when KMail2 is opened again the filters are
not applied to the new mail.
Workaround is to manually select and apply filters, or to disable Akonadi from
fetching mail while KMail2 is closed.
