Creating a new address book from vcards results in corrupt entries which crash
kabc if you try to open them.
The attached image shows what the address book looks like.
Reproducible: Always

Create a new vcard file or vcard folder resource
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37-gentoo
Compiler: i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
