Configure so many accounts that you need to scroll in the box with the accounts
(for me that means at least 4). Then scroll down and click on Retrieval
Options. The popup is not directly below the button, but way down.
Looks like the space that is "scrolled out" is not substracted in the
calculation of the popup position.
