Steps to Reproduce:
Start to create a new event.
Open the time selection dialog
Try to change the clock to 3:15
Actual Results:
If the second clock hand is changed, the first jumps back to old time.
Expected Results:
I should be possible to change hour and minute of the time with the clock.
