categories dialog should show 3+ categories and not just one

Steps to Reproduce:
0 Open edit task dialog
1 Open categories dialog
Actual Results:
The categories have just one line. Needs a lot of scrolling to set a category.
Lot of free space at the bottom of the dialog-
Expected Results:
Improvement of the dialog 3+ categories visible at a moment
