Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open edit dialog.
2. click on the starttime.
3. Change hour
4. Change minutes.
5. Press ok.
Actual Results:
Only the minutes changed not the hours.
e.g 10:00 before, 16:22 in the dialog, 10:22 after.
Expected Results:
Both minutes and hours should be updated.
