I installed Kontact trunk on my devel account, where I do not have any
adressbooks or mail-accounts or whatsoever set up.
Yet after conversion to akonadi I have 6 "Personal Calendar" listed in Calendar
and 3 "Personal Contacts" as well as 2 "Default Contacts" listed in Contacts.
Reproducible: Didn't try
