When the panel try icon is clicked and the kmail is not hidden on the desktop
kamil first raises itself to the top of the windows and then hides. It should
simply hide wihout blinking up on the screen
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
start kmail, cover it with another window, press the panel try icon
Actual Results:
First kmail raises itself to the be on top of the other windows and then hides
Expected Results:
it should just hide
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35.4-12-desktop-matt
