The "Mail" -> "report bug or request feature" is not fully usable
for non KDE people. They would need a login. They might not get
their local language.
The current menu placing is too prominent for it.
If we leave it in at all, we should place it within the about dialog
and we should make the string and url configurable.
The Kontact Mobile right now should point to the userbase page.
Also we should not use the term "bug" it is suboptimal, I would
make it a more information and give feedback link.
