I am running kde 4.5.2 with kmail2 from opensuse repository

After starting kamil2 for the first time ist starts converting my imap
resources using the kmail migration tool. Most of my imap accounts are
successfully converted (according to the tools output) but one fails. Its an
imap server at the mobile company O2. The tools says that this Resource is not
working correctly.
The real problem now is: After the migration tool has finished and has reported
the error for one imap account it simply stops. No kmail windows appears.
Starting kmail again starts again /usr/bin/kmail-migrator
--interactive-on-change which again reports an error on the o2 imap account. So
for the moment I cannot even start kmail because of this bad cycle.
