I have a kolab resouce and added a subfolder ("Notizen/Wichtiges").
Created a note in the "Notizen" folder and tried to move it.
The dialog only offers me to move the note to the local folder or to the kolab
folder, but not to the respective subfolder.
Observed in version 4:4.5~20100930.1181090-1maemo1.1180919_094336.
