When a folder is viewed in maintenance view and does not contain any items, it
is very "white".
Instead, it could show a "No <xyz> in this <abc>." (e.g. kaddressbook: "No
contacts in this address book."), like it does in the collapsed tree view.
Observed in 4:4.5~20100928.1180427-1maemo1.1180334 .
