Sometimes it would be very useful to automatically create to-do entries for
incoming mails. Examples like bill notifications, library reminders, etc. come
to mind.
In the context menu for mails, an item called "Create To-do/Reminder..."
already exists. My proposal is to include it as a filter action in the Create
Filter dialog.
