Kontact hangs when the skype executable is bogus
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Tell KAddressBook to create a new contact from the following data:
Organisation: KDE e.V.
Work Phone: +49 30-2023 7305-0

Tell KAddressBook to call KDE e.V.

Nothing happens, except that Kontact hangs.
