As in version 4:4.5~20100920.1177660-1maemo1.1177547 , no default account is
present, the user is forced to create one to work with "KDE Notes".
When either "MailBox" or "Maildir" is chosen as the Account Type (in account
wizards first step), the next screen shows "URL:" without the possibility to
change the (empty) value. Touching the "Next" button leads to the "Setting up
account..." progressbar, that remains at 1% or so.
Clicking on "Details..." shows an nearly empty screen, then touching back does
not lead back to the "Setting up account" screen, but instead to the "Personal
Settings" screen with the empty-valued "URL:" field.
