I think this might be a refresh issue since Kmail sends the email to the correct address, however it is not visible in the 'To' field My versions: Kde 4.5.1 stable, Kmail 1.13.5 and qt 4.6.3. Another user with an identical configuration but Kdepim 4.4.6 has reported that Kmail now displays correctly when selecting a contact in the dropdown list.
