In the "Actions" flap under Accounts, accounts can be deleted, but stay visible
in the list (until restart of the application). At the same time, contacts
within that account/folder are still shown in the underlying list view, but
with the buttons "New Contact" and "New Contact Group" above them.
Observed in 4:4.5~20100827.1168757-1maemo1.1169941 .
