When I send a mail from my outbox, the mail is removed from the list of
messages in the upper right pane. However, the body of the mail remains
rendered in the lower right message pane. The text can still be marked and
copied, but no RMB works anymore so it looks like KMail simply forgets to
re-render the pane. When switching to another folder and then back again, the
message is indeed not rendered anymore.
