Adding a recipient as to, cc or bcc does not work anymore whereas it worked
fine last time I tested it.

Steps to Reproduce:

- Launch Kontact and go to Kmail
- Click on 'New Message'
- Go to Tools menu/Select Recipients...
- Select a recipient from the list and click on the 'Add as to' button
Actual Results:
The add a recipient dialogue closes but the recipient is not added at all in
the composer
Expected Results:
whereas it was before.
It does not work whether you are adding the recipient as to, cc or bcc.
