After starting kontact the check mail button is deactivated. If kontact is
restarted afterwards the button is active.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Stop all pim related processes (akonadi, nepomuk) and start kontact.
Expected Results:
Check Mail button should be always available
