Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch to KMail component.
2. Configure KMail.
3. Switch to Accounts/Receiving.
4. Double click on an existing IMAP account or 4. Click on new account.
Actual Results:
It needs a lot of seconds until the akonadi IMAP resource dialog pops up.
The user thinks kontact is broken.
Expected Results:
This dialog should appear in less than 2 secs.
