In the files "kleopatra_signencryptfiles.desktop" and
"kleopatra_signencryptfolders.desktop", the subsection "Encrypt & Sign File"
passes the wrong commandline arguments. Instead of "kleopatra --sign-encrypt
%F" it should read "kleopatra --encrypt-sign %F"

Steps to Reproduce:
The mistakes were there in the version bundled with KDE 4.4.3. Last time I
checked, they are stil there in the svn repository.
