Steps to reproduce:
1. Tell KAddressBook to import CSV.
2. Select a CSV address book.
3. Grow a column by clicking between headings and dragging.
Actual results:
2. The preview pane shows the data in tabular form. Each Column heading
contains an attribute selection menu.
