I leave my home desktop permanently open with kmail running connecting to my
IMAP server (imap-2004). I remotely connect to the same imap server with a
laptop or otherwise. After coming back to my desktop, I am unable to refresh
the email from the imap server without quitting kmail and restarting it.
Clicking on check mail, refresh and so on will fail to ever refresh, and then
if I click on any emails in the inbox, they simply disappear. Restarting kmail
is the only way to fix it. After restarting, all is well again.
