I received an email in Kontact and attempted to add the address to my akonadi
address book by right-clicking the address and selecting "Add to Address Book"
The Pop-up window doesn't list any folders or address books. If I do the same
steps after starting just Kmail it works perfectly and Kmail shows the akonadi
address books.
