Sometimes KMail exits when Akonadi is not running and KMail thinks it could not
start Akonadi correctly. It happens only when Akonadi reports some errors
(which I wouldn't understand), but it runs fine after that anyway. When I just
start KMail again, it starts OK and doesn't exit anymore (I guess it's because
it finds Akonadi running OK this time).
The last messages before exit:
