when configured not to show birthdays in upcoming events birthdays still show.
when configuring to show the special date birthdays from the calendar and
configuring to show birthdays from contact list, birthdays will not show in
special dates.
when configuring to show from calendar but not from contact list they will even
that the information is from the contact list and not the calendar.
