When attempting to preview an HTML message in KMail the preview pane remains
empty most of the time since the KDE 4.4 upgrade. Sometimes (can be provoked
through repeated selection and de-selection of the message in the message list
until the message preview stays visible) the message is displayed.
When the preview pane remains empty the message is typically visible for the
fraction of a second before it vanishes.
