Up to the KMail shipped with 4.3.4 it would nicely skip opening a folder that I
had set to ignore when I said Go to Next Unread Mail. In the version shipped
with 4.4.0, this folder setting isn’t honoured at all anymore (right-click
folder, Properties, Act on new/unread mail in this folder).
