When you click on the inbox after startup kmail for a short time shows a blue
"info screen", until the mails are loaded.
In the German version this screen says "Emailprogramm für die
K-Arbeitsumgebung", so "email programme for the K Desktop Environment".
After the rebranding of KDE it should be something like "Emailprogramm für die
KDE-Programmsammlung" (or so).
