When KDE restores a session after start, Kaddressbook allways fails to start
because it fails the Akonadi selftest (Nepomuk and Akonadi-Server are missing).
The second start and the restauration of Kmail (after Kaddressbook is no
problem. It appears to me that the Akonadi-selftest does not wait long enough
for the Akonadi-components give a response. During session restauration there
is a high system load.
