on first launch conditions (no kmailrc, no data to migrate), the account
assistant is displayed.
Trying to set a DIMAP account fails. On the detailed view:
* Creating Resource instance for 'IMAP E-Mail Server'
* Configuring resource instance
* Could not set setting 'DisconnectedModeEnabled': No such method
'setDisconnectedModeEnabled' in any interface at object path '/Settings'
(signature 's')
* Removed resource instance for 'IMAP E-Mail Server'.
