After resuming from suspend to RAM, there is no longer access to IMAP. E.g.
attempting to check mail just causes the progress indicator to sit at 0%
forever. And when clicking on a folder it attempts to retrieve mail forever. I
suspect this is a bug with kio_imap4.
The only thing that works is restarting KMail. (I tried e.g. going offline and
back online and that doesn't work.)
