The message list does not display some status flags, like sent, queued, has
attachment etc anymore.
This also needs support in other places to actually set the flag.
The "has attachment" flag was AFAIK added when first parsing a mail. This can
now be improved, theoretically the IMAP resource can set it by just retrieving
the body structure.
