KDE 4.4 RC1.
When starting kmail I either see Inbox with the very first message selected or
Inbox without any message selected (but still at the very first message in sort
order). It assumes there were no new messages during startup check. It happens
always irrespectively of which message was currently selected when exiting
KMail.
I am not allowed to reopen bug 211327.
