Email folders and email titles do not remain highlighted once they are
selected. They highlight transiently but then almost immediately UN-highlight
so it is difficult, particularly with messages, to know which folder one is in
or which email is being viewed at any given time.
Highlighting needs to be constant for the current folder and email message.
