Running kolabwizard always configured my kolab addressbook / contacts right,
but in current kontact as included in kde 4.4 pre (kubuntu ppa packages) the
contacts arent configured and i cant figure out how to this myself.
if i click "add addressbook" and choose "kolab ..." from the list, simply
nothing happens.
