Currently it is not possible to subscribe to subfolders only without
synchronizing the parent folder.
For Kolab2 I have subfolders in INCOMING. Since Kolab2 requires an DIMAP
account but I don't like to cache the whole IMAP-account holding more than 1G I
setup 2 accounts in kmail, one IMAP and one DIMAP pointing to the same server.
It is not possible to subscribe to INCOMING/Contacts only without synchronizing
INCOMING where most of the mails are stored in.
