The settings for completion order are not at all working. I have an LDAP set
up. If I defer LDAP in the completion order, it has no effect. It stil shows
LDAP ahead of my address book. And the setting is not actually saved.
If I restart kmail I can see LDAP again on top of the list, discarding my
previous setting.
