It would be *lovely* and *handy* to have a "set" or "group" of folders
[Mailbox+Outbox+Drafts+etc] for each account a user sets up.
Or at least to have the option.
Another suggestion is that the program stores in mailbox format (one large file
mbox) by default rather than the other format (many small files, 1 each
message). It would increase performance.
